Casa Carlo, Sardinia - 2012 information

CASA CARLO
Sardinian villa in the hills by the sea
- available for your holiday

Sardinia
Italy’s biggest island and a jewel in the Mediterranean – beautiful beaches, wooded hills, historic cities, charming villages and ancient civilisation - as well as friendly people and great Italian food! Weather is mild all year, warm and pleasant April to June, hot in July and August, warm Sept and Oct.

The house – Casa Carlo
A traditional Mediterranean villa set in its own land, built around 25 years ago in a quiet holiday village in the hills close to the sea. A haven of peace and tranquillity.

The fully furnished house has two double bedrooms and a large living room (where more could sleep), which has both an air conditioner and wood fireplace. All linen provided. Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and two outside terraces. Large car parking space. The garden has flowering bougainvillea, cacti, pine and eucalyptus trees and steps down to a lower terrace with summer house also overlooking wooded mountains. View in from the other side of the house to the sea, 15 minutes drive away.

Location
Casa Carlo is on the south coast of Sardinia, 30 minutes drive east of Cagliari, its capital city, and 40 minutes from its main airport. Easy Jet flies daily between London and Cagliari; other low cost airlines also fly from other UK airports to Sardinia. Car hire is available from the airport - all major companies.  Sardinia can also be reached by air from all major Italian cities and by over night ferry from Genoa, Rome and Naples.

One of our guests in said, “Everyone really enjoyed themselves, the area was wonderful and the people were so friendly. For me it was too short, but it did give us the chance to experience Sardinia. I did prefer the south rather than Alghero as it was more Italian.

Availability and cost
Casa Carlo is available for rent for any length of stay from now to 15 July 2012 and then again after 1st September. The cost is £15 per person per day, paid to a UK account. Keys are mailed to your UK or other address.
